Know when to call

Nine symptoms worth a phone call.

Flickering lights

Flutter when nothing changed? Something is loose.

Warm outlets or switches

Warm plastic means resistance. Resistance means heat.

Breaker trips weekly

A breaker that trips on schedule is telling you something.

Buzzing at the panel

Panels should be silent. A hum is a bad connection.

Two-prong outlets

No ground, no protection for anything you plug in.

Extension-cord living

Cords across the floor mean the house is short on circuits.

Lights dim on start-up

Big loads pulling the house down is a capacity problem.

Burning smell

Shut the breaker off and call us. We come out same day.

Same day

Federal Pacific or Zinsco

These panels fail to trip. Insurers know it. We replace them.

Labelling

The label test.

Open your panel. If half the breakers say “lights?” — that's the previous guy. Every panel we touch leaves labeled, photographed, and logged to your job file.

Before you call

Questions, answered.

Yes — a flat diagnostic fee, quoted before we start. It comes off the repair if you have us do the work the same day.

It's a large part of what we do. Full swap in a day, permit pulled, inspection scheduled, every breaker labeled before we leave.

One day for most homes. The power is off for four to six hours of it, and we give you that window the morning we start.

For panels, new circuits and EV chargers, yes. We pull it, meet the inspector, and hand you the signed card for your file.

Not always. We run a load calculation first — plenty of 100A homes take a 40A charger fine. If yours can't, we say so before you buy.

Master licensed in Colorado, bonded and insured, and every electrician on the crew is licensed too. Certificates on request.
