One van, two people, zero shortcuts.

Nora pulled shots in Melbourne for six years; Theo restores old vans. In 2021 those hobbies collided in a Craigslist ad and became Clementine.

We roast with Jubilee in Longmont, bake nothing (Butter & Crumb does it better), and clean the machine like it's a piano.

Asked a lot, answered once.

  • How far do you travel?

Anywhere in Boulder County for free. Past that we add a per-mile fee and tell you the number before you book.

  • Power and water?

We bring both. The van runs off its own battery bank and a 20-gallon tank, so all we need is somewhere level to park.

  • How many guests can you serve?

About 80 drinks an hour on two group heads. For 200-plus we bring a second barista and stagger the service window.

  • Can you match our event's colors?

Yes. Cup sleeves, awning garland and the menu board are all styled to your palette at no extra cost.

  • Deposits and rain plans?

A 30% deposit holds the date. If the weather turns we roll the awning out and keep pouring — we've never cancelled yet.

  • Decaf?

Yes, and we don't judge. Much.
