Do we need coding experience?+
No coding experience is assumed. Quickstart begins with everyday AI use. Build Day focuses on one shared project. Team Lab starts with foundations and daily workflows, then each person builds a focused project for their own role, with coaching and clear checks along the way.
Which tools and accounts do we need?+
ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini are the starting points. We begin with your company's approved tools and confirm accounts, permissions and any paid-tool requirements before training. Advanced agent work needs a setup that supports the chosen project; features differ between providers.
Is this private training for our company?+
Yes. These are private company formats, delivered online at the listed company price. We choose the task or project with you before the session. In-person delivery can be quoted separately.
What is included, and what do we agree beforehand?+
Training includes its workbook and the live practice for the selected format. We agree on preparation, tools, project scope and follow-up before the engagement. Tool subscriptions or usage, hosting and custom implementation are separate costs. Required practice happens during the live sessions.
How is advisory different from training?+
Advisory is time with Pete to work through tool choices, workflows, project plans or an AI approach. Training gives your team guided practice and a defined learning outcome. The eight-hour advisory package is $600 for eight hours of consulting. Done-for-you building and deployment need their own agreed scope.
