Fix the Follow-Up

You probably don’t have a traffic problem. You have a bucket with holes in it.

Leads and customers leak in five predictable places, and pouring more traffic into a leaky bucket just makes a bigger puddle. This module finds the holes — slow first response, one-and-done follow-up, no home for “not now,” the post-sale void, and never asking for the next thing — and then builds the fix: a fast (often automated) first reply, a five-touch sequence you write once, and a standing ask for reviews and referrals. Simple and kept beats perfect and abandoned.
